Riders may withdraw from any PDQ Track Session, refunds will be given up to 24 hours before the session starts.
To withdraw from the session riders can remove themselves from the session via our booking system, if that is how they booked, and receive an automatic refund for the session fee.
Riders may withdraw less than 24 hours before any PDQ Track Session, credit will be only given to be used on a session of the same value if their space can be filled.
If you do need to cancel within the 24 hours before the session, please do remove yourself from the class so that riders on the waiting list can book on. Also please let us know so we can organise a credit for the session booking fee onto your on-line account, should we be able to fill your space.
