Scope: This privacy notice applies to any rider privately coached through PDQ Cycle Coaching Ltd, any rider attending any session run by PDQ Cycle Coaching Ltd and any person purchasing goods from PDQ Cycle Coaching Ltd.  This is whether contact is through telephone, email, web-site or social media.

 

Personal Information: We collect personal information from you when you use our services.  This information could include name, address, email address, postal address, emergency contact details, telephone number, date of birth.

 

How we use your personal data: We use your personal information to fulfil a contract with you, provide you with our services and provide you with a personalised experience.  Your personal information is for our business use only and is not passed onto a third party at any time.

 

Your choices about how we use your personal information: You have choices about how we use your information to communicate with you and to advertise our services.  If you do not wish to receive emails from us advertising our services then you will always be asked to reply to the email retracting consent and will be removed from the mailing list directly.  We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties.

For private coaching clients, we will erase all personal information on laptops and shred hard copies on termination of the coaching contract, unless you specifically ask us to retain it.
