Biggest achievement: 2 x National Silver Medals and breaking into the GB foundation team

Goals for next season: Looking forward to World Cup races, Track and Road National championships (hoping to win a National Jersey) and competing at the UCI Road World Championships in York, where para events will run alongside able-bodied

Biggest achievement: Racing in multiple World Cup events under the umbrella of BC team & being a National Champion

Goals for next season: To train better and closer with PDQ Race Team, to improve on my speed, power and endurance, to be able to get back to National and International standards and hopefully back onto the GB squad

Goals for next season: Retain my Welsh Kieran Title and win the sprint as well, win some regional road races

Biggest achievement: 2 wins at Maindy Crits. First participation in Masters Track Champs in 2018. PBs in 10, 25 and 50 mile TTs in 2018
