"Pretty Damn Quick"
There will be 2 groups on these sessions. One group resting while the other group riding. These sessions are aimed at high intensity 10-15 minute blocks of effort, with equal rest time. Approximate track time is 1 hour for the 2 hour sessions and 1.5 hours for the 3 hour sessions. The 2 hour sessions are £15 and 3 hour sessions are £22.
Intermediate Track Sessions run by PDQ Cycle Coaching are for riders who may be accredited to ride Newport Velodrome and/or are competent riding in a group on the track. Riders must have taken part in at least 10 track sessions. The session speed is likely to be 22-26mph.
