"Pretty Damn Quick"
Experienced Track Sessions run by PDQ Cycle Coaching are for riders who may be accredited to ride Newport Velodrome and/or that may have raced. Riders must have taken part in a significant number of track sessions and/or be a very accomplished track rider. The session speed is likely to be 26+mph.
Under 16 riders - use discount code UNDER16 to apply a £2 discount on any session.
There will be 2 groups on these sessions. One group resting while the other group riding. These sessions are aimed at high intensity 10-15 minute blocks of effort, with equal rest time. Approximate track time is 1 hour for the 2 hour sessions and 1.5 hours for the 3 hour sessions. The 2 hour sessions are £15 and 3 hour sessions are £20.
There will be 1 group on these sessions. They are aimed at working at longer blocks on the track with some endurance training. Approximate track time is 1.5 hours for the 2 hour sessions and 2.5 hours for the 3 hour sessions. The 2 hour sessions are £20 and 3 hour sessions are £30.
