An initial consultation to understand your goals and lifestyle
An initial Watt bike power test to establish your power and heart rate zones
Scheduled Watt bike power re-testing to track progress
Bespoke weekly training plans set to your individual power and heart rate zones, working your training into your lifestyle and other commitments
Regular communication with you via email and a weekly phone call to talk through your training and tailor the coming weeks
Analysis of training data and feedback on specific sessions
Dedicated group road rides and turbo sessions
Price £60 per month for Standard Package. The Club Package is for VC St Raphael or Salt and Sham Cycling Club members.
